can I cancel my order? you can cancel your order if you have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, just call on 0857163159 please note, orders are processed promptly to ensure next day delivery, so don’t be disappointed if it has shipped, just send it back and we will issue you with a refund, excluding postage.
the item I ordered was a ‘pre-order’, when will I get it? the date that your item is available for will show in the product description. it will be shipped on this date for next day delivery.

if i order on a saturday will I get my parcel on sunday unfortunately, DPD don't deliver on sunday, if you order on a saturday you will receive your parcel on tuesday or Wednesday
